Particle Computer has been awarded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology as a flagship project from High Tech Gründerfonds for its revolutionary technology. The prize has been handed out to Particle Computer’s CEO by the Secretary of State Mr. Adamowitsch in representation of the German Federal Minister of Economics Mr. Glos.
Particle Computer demonstrates a facility management solution

At the EWSN 2006 Particle Computer has demonstrated together with the architects from the ETH Zurich how Particle Computer technology can be used for building monitoring applications. A Particle Network of 35 nodes has been deployed in the building hosting the event to monitor temperature, light and movement. According to data from Siemens Building Technologies, energy savings of 10-15% are possible optimizing HVAC systems based on fine granular sensor data.
